The IVO cork range paring knife was forged from a single piece of high carbon surgical steel using a hot drop method to produce an exceedly sharp, strong and rust proof blade.

The paring knife blade is 10cm long and is suitable to be used as a small chefs knife to chop fruits and vegetables.  The paring knife can also be used to perform more delicate work like creating garnishes and veining prawns.

The cork handle has been shapped to fit confotably into th users hand with the natural texture of the cork adding additional grip to the users hand.

The paring knife is shipped inside of its own box that can be used to store the knife when not in use.
