Developed with 150 years of experience in the manufacture of knives.  The MAM barbecue knife is a sturdy 115mm long utility knife attached to a pressed wood handle that is suitable for chopping fruits and vegetables and cutting up meat.

The blade on the barbecue knife is serrated to allow the user to tear through barbecued meat with ease while the handle has been shaped to fit comfortably inside the users hand.
