Goyon-Chazeau is a small family-owned company based in Thiers, the knife capital of France. It was established in 1976 by Denis Goyon-Chazeau who was the third generation of knifemakers in the family. The fourth generation is now also working in the company. Denis GOYON has always avoided mass production and advocated up-market and hand-crafted production. This makes each knife he creates almost unique.
