Hunt Gather Grow Returns Policy

Hunt Gather Grow PTY LTD will accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of delivery providing the following conditions have been met.

• Hunt Gather Grow PTY LTD has been notified by phone or email by the original purchaser and agreed in writing to the return.
• A Copy of the receipt has been supplied to Hunt Gather Grow PTY LTD.
• Item to be returned has not been used and is returned in undamaged original packaging.

Hunt Gather Grow PTY LTD will accept returns for the following reasons.

• The product delivered does not match site description.
• The product is faulty.
• Product is not fit for intended purpose.

On acceptance of the return Hunt Gather Grow PTY LTD will provide either a replacement (subject to availability), store credit or refund. Shipping for the return is at the purchaser’s expense. Hunt Gather Grow will advise required shipping method for the return as some items cannot be shipped via Australia Post.
