Care

• Wash and rinse before first use, then dry
• Apply a light coat of cooking oil and wipe off the excess
• After each use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap, then dry immediately
• Store in a well-ventilated spot — not a closed drawer
• No dishwasher, no soaking, no steel wool
• Keep out of direct sun and away from the sink
• Do not stack items on the board while wet
• Not for oven or fridge use
